Swollen nipple
My one nipple is swollen and bigger than other When touched,a lump can be felt I don't think it's gynacomatia.it pains when touched or pressed What should I do and whom should I consult?

IT IS GYNACOMASTIA. CONSULT A GENERAL SURGEON.TILL FOR PAIN, TABLET SIGMOFLAM TWO-TIMES A DAY AFTER LUNCH N DINNER OR AS REQUIRED. SURGERY IS THE ONLY OPTION. O.K BYE.
