Hello Doctor, m hvng A fever of around 99 since 14 March. I have some kind of swelling on the right side of my neck which I am presuming to be lyumph nodes. I had a visit with the ENT doctor. M taking medication of Ceflovox with V 2 Plus n Penrab DSR. I am keen to know that is this something serious or it can happen because of weather conditions or may be streesfull lifestyle or is it some sort of bacterial infection? I want to know why that happened? I am depressed because of the same. Kindly advice.

It can be due to simple infection, in which case, it will subside after a course of antibiotics, that you are taking. If the neck node doesn't subside, then you have to be clinically examined for the nature of node, any other nodes in body. Some tests, including FNAC may be. Required.
