I cannot sleep at night. I don't feel sleepy during the day as well. I stay awake the whole night. I keep trying but ut doesn't help. I think it's getting worse day by day. I've tried maby sleeping techniques but nothing worked for me. I feel irritated because of lack of sleep. After trying so hard if at all I sleep , its almost morning and at that time also I sleep for very few hours and that never feels sufficient. Being a human being as well as a student , I need proper sleep for efficient functioning but it is not so and this causes a lot of trouble. I face a number of problems like irritability , frustration , lack of concentration , dietary changes , etc. I need help. It's really important.
