Symptoms of stress
I feel hungry all the time even after eating a proper meal, I am having more mood swings, I am not able to focus and not able to organise stuff, forgetting things even of they are infront of me. Always feel irritated. Are these the symptoms of stress? If yes, how should I deal with them?
