Symptoms of uti but UTI shows negative
I have been having burning sensation while urinating for almost 2-3 weeks and having pelvic pain for few days.I got my urine routine tested and cultured and everything is normal.so i met a gynaec and she prescribed a one time antibiotic for me -FOSFET and said it could be because of less water intake and also asked me to have citralka 3-4 times a day for 5 days as my ph was border line. I started the medication yesterday and i feel the pain and burning sensation is still there.should i wait for the citralka dosage to finish?any suggestions?my monthly cycles are regular.
