My girlfriend had her last period on 27th May, then had sex on 7th June without condom. I didn't consciously secreted any semen inside her and next day morning within 12 hours she had taken the unwanted 72 medicine. From 19th (after 12 days) , she had first had severe back pain, Tommy Ache / Bloating & blood spotting for 2 days along with complete mouth dryness with chest pain. She is fearing that she might be pregnant. Is she pregnant or it is side effects of Unwanted 72 ?

Hi, to confirm pregnancy or to rulout, one need to know menstrual cycle length as well regularity.If her cycles are of 26 to 28 days, yes you must think of and get perfect result by serum Beta HCG test.
Regarding pain and spotting , may be due to withdrawal of unwanted"S levels.
