Hi I'm completed 73 days of c section and tubectomy and I'm breastfeeding mother and I'm bleeding my doctor suggested me to take a depo provera injection for one time to stop bleeding after using this injection my bleeding stop but last 20 days onwards I'm spotting. My doctor suggested me to take meprate and tranexa and pause mf tablets to stop spotting.i use these tablets but no use I'm still spotting.
My doctor suggested me to take a scan in that my endometrial wall is 4mm and my scan report impression is good.
Finally my doctor again suggested me to take a K Stat 500 tablet for 10 days.i use this tablet also but no use still I'm spotting.
Why tablets not working for me I'm getting tired pls tell how to stop spotting immediately pls.
I don't have any problem then why I'm spotting why tablets not working
I don't have smell while spotting.i don't have infection also why I'm spotting why tablets not Stop my spotting

The spotting is probably due to the depot provera injection and will stop by itself in a month or so.
If you are very troubled by it a higher dose of progesterone will stop it.
Consult a gynecologists.
