More than a month I am suffering from pain on tailbone. Month back I have for long driving for few days after that this pain started. whenever I sit I am getting pain.

First apply ice over there
Go to your nearest physiotherapy clinic take ultrasound,isometric exe,tens.
If you will not feel better after taking 4 or 5 session then go for mri and consult orthopedic dr.

hi,it might be coccycodynia(inflammation around tail bone)may be due to continuous pressure over tail bone..take tb.enzoflam twice a day and some acidity tablet for 3 days
..sit on soft surface,if not getting pain relief show to nearby orthopedic consultant..
If pain is from one month not reducing please visit nearby Orthopaedic surgeon you may suffer from coccydynia try to avoid sitting on hard surface use ring pillow or tube to sit
Use icepack locally.

You must be suffering from coccydynia. Take anti-inflammatory as per physician or orthopaedician advice. You can consult physiotherapist to take ultrasound therapy. Ice pack application will also help to reduce pain.

Avoid sitting on hard surface. While sitting, use any soft cushion or ring cushion or U shaped cushion.
