Taking Letrozol for pregnancy
I had PCO and had a surgery with Dr. Shivani sachdev Gour on October 2019 I got pregnant twice but with letrozol first baby was lost in week 9 and second was lost in week 35 the baby was IUGR after that I had full body check up but there was no issue now it has been 6 months I want to get pregnant took letrozol again. I want to know can letrozol be the reason of not having successfully?

Letrozol is aromase inhibitors which actually help in ovulation. It increases the chances for conception but it has proven side effects on the growing baby . Therefore you should avoid it further and can take other ovulation induction drugs only under the guidance of your doctor. For further guidance consult me online.
