Targeted pain in backbone area
Each morning before waking up, I feel that I'm unable to move my upper body due to pain and rigidity around a certain point in the back bone area. There's nothing thereafter. Please advice.

Needs to rule out vitamin d deficiency and also to rule out inflammatory arthritis like spondyloarhtritis
