Tb , plueral effussion , chest tube.

I am tb paitent , my tb medicine start one and half month before , doctor put chest tube in my chest , pus is getting out from my chest through chest tube , in starting when i admit to hospital my fever was 103 , and all the time fever presist with bad cough , after one month i was felling well now i just have fever once in a day my weight is also increased , my chest pus drain level is 50 to 70 ml per day , mai i know that is this pus is really a cause of fever , & suptum result was afb 3+ , and i am newely detected diabitic patient as per doctor , pls tell me the reason of fever , from last one weack i didnt get fever because i just replace the chest tube , after that i didnt get fever & pain , please tell me why its happen , n please give me tips to get it improve & how can i get low drain level so doc remove chest tube , its very psinful some times for me , not able to go out side the house just because of this chest tube , please suggest
