Dear mam,if you stopped the orthodontic treatment and still have upper braces the dislocation/relapse is common.Bad breath/halitosis is due to poor oralhyegine maintainance,so please brush twice daily with orthodontic brushes and use chlorhexidine mouth wash (diluted in water) after brush. You should visit nearby orthodontist soon and continue treatment if you have stopped.

Possibility of decayed tooth and/or calculus formation due to food deposits. Clinical examination required for both due to tooth pain and bad breath. Also to check relapse due to discontinue orthodontic treatment. Warm water salt gargle.contunue if it's relieving pain. T. parasafe 650, only if pain. Use mouthwash after meal once a day. Make sure you don't have acidity which may also lead to bad breath.
