However, there are some practices that go a long way, such as: avoiding sugar in any form (specially sticky refined carbohydrates), brushing before going to bed (not immediately after meal), flossing to prevent buildup of calculus, having a balanced diet and multivitamins.
Avoid mouthwash unless advised by dentist for a stipulated period of time as we don't want to disturb the microbiom in your mouth.

Visit a dentist for regular checkups to rule out anything that might need assistance. Don't delay treatment thinking pain is not involve. The more you wait, the more it gets complicated and the more money you spent.

If you have good health of teeth , your whole body will be happy because mouth is a door for a body and teeth are guard who prevent us from many diseases, so it's our moral duty towards our body to keep them healthy.
To keep teeth strong :-

Do not forget to brush your teeth before bed
