Sir First take your kid and go check with a dentist .saving of primary teeth is more important than preserving the permanent teeth because we have to maintain primary teeth in its position untill it's future permanent teeth got erupted if not means your kid might require braces treatment in the future.we can't judge how much will be the irregularity of the future teeth would be.so kindly immediately meet a dentist .
