Hello sir...
1.clean the tartar by scaling
2.chipped tooth can be treated by composite build up..
3.yellow tooth may be due to stains or some deposits or a nature colour of the tooth...it it is due to deposits or stains scaling will helps to remove it...otherwise teeth bleaching can be done

take a doctor opinion first ....clinical diagnosis is foremost important
then he may suggest you
first scaling and polishing of tooth followed by bleaching for removal of yellowishness followed filling of chipped out tooth...then correction of crooked tooth ..
Hi, firstly get a through scaling n polishing of the teeth .
Secondly , composite restoration for the clipped tooth.
Thirdly , u can get a crown or veneer done for the lateral incisor or in case if the correction is more required then can get the orthodontic treatment done .
