Just maintain hydration.If the stools contain mucus, blood or smell bad, this points to diarrhea.*General danger sign* (the child is not able to drink or breastfeed the child vomits everything .the child has had convulsions .the child is lethargic or unconscious). Most children with a general danger sign need URGENT referral to hospital/physical meet with pediatrician for review.
Watch for vitals(urine output/urine color/blood in stool/fever/activity)....if deterioration present do follow u p
