I feel like I'm stuck in the middle of a stormy ocean with nowhere to go, waves hitting me from every angle. Even though I have everything—friends, a job, a sense of who I am, a home—it feels like I have nothing. I really don't want to lose control and am having thoughts of self-harm. I'm feeling really alone and confused right now, even though I'm supposed to have it all.
