Tension headache
I am having tension headache since one day now, my head and neck is paining a lot! Can paracetamol stop the pain? If yes, how many should I take in a day.

Yes. Paracetamol should help. You could take 500 mg thrice daily for 2 days and then SOS. The dose may be increased as per response.
You should try and meditate, do yoga. Adequate rest and engaging in your hobbies at the time of lockdown should help.
Consult if not adequately relieved.
