My wife had her last period on 27th january and she ovukated on 9th feb period length is 28 days. What date we test for pregnancy, she is having back pain and random cramps for last 5 -6 days but period is still due..

Wait for next date. If prds are missed then go for test. level of HCG is detectable only then . Till then take care of her. Don't lift any heavy weight. Avoid stessful work.

The first sign of pregnancy is often a missed period, which happens around 15 days past ovulation (DPO).
