Testicle pain abdominal hip and groin
Past 1 week I'm having pain in testicle abdominal groin and hip. In ultrasound they told no stone is there but still having pain

Hello.. Well the pain might also be due to any urinary tract infection .Any muscle pull or something related to your testicle...Take the analgesics for 3 days and also drink water adequately..Meet a surgeon...Hope you understand...Thank you

If you have done some strenuous activity the pain may related to muscle pull... Take some analgesics.... If it's not decreasing them meet a general surgeon....
