Testicle pain and sexual imbalance

Hi Team I have a little bit pain in my left testicle and sometimes my penis not responding properly. Last few month I realised some issues during sex. I viewed a video of Dr. Basu in YouTube regarding this subject I want to consult with Dr Prabir Basu as early as possible. Rgds Pranab Das
