He had swollen testicle with pain and  after taken amoxilin tablet it reduces and again pain arises. what should to be done.

Need to do USG scrotum to look for current infection status. Can visit local urologist for clinical examination as well. May need to start antibiotics and anti inflammatory medication for few days more.
