  4. Testicular pain. Saggy than normal too.

Testicular pain
Pain occurs on the left side of testicles. It hurts more at night than in the morning and seems to really hurt between the testie and the penis. The cords that attach it. Can't pinpoint an area but it's been sore for a week now and something must be wrong. Balls are far more saggy than normal too.
