Testicular pain

When i chat with my gf about sex my testic get swollen... severe pain in testics on both sides..i can't sit and walk comfortablely...but this pain vanished after some hours...it happens only when i chat about sex...and take feelings of sex through chat...in other times no pain occurs in testics...i also feel no pain while watching porn...but i feel severe extremely pain when i chat about sex...it happens about 4 yrs...plz give me some suggestions...

Chances of a disease is less. Get a both sided groin Ultrasound with Doppler done and if the report comes out normal then consult with a psychiatrist. It could be an emotional problem that you are dealing with.
