Don' know what exactly the problem relating to I get pain that too very severe pain to my testis and I feel pain sensation when I press around the private part what is the reason can I know why do i get that pain and the worst part is when I tried searching in YouTube it was showing that it's the symptoms of cancer

If the pain is severe then consult to doctor , do necessary investigation.. Don't  read on internet or anything on you tube......
