Tests to determine underlying problem
What tests are needed to determine if I have any chances of underlying heart attack or kidney disease since I am highly obese and have comorbidities.I have already done ecg ,tmt etc.

You will need to undergo 2D echocardiography, trip t test and renal function test to rule out heart attack and kidney disease respectively
