Tetanus injection
I have got covid19 vaccine yesterday(29may) 1:30pm and after 4 hours I feel from my bike get some injuries on my leg and hand .I immediately went to nearest small clinic get my wounds dressed .he recommed me to get tetanus injection within 24hrs. So should I take it,or can I take it within 48hrs and in what time frame we can take tetanus injection after injury?

Tetanus Toxoid should be taken within 24 hours of the injury . It is not know to have any interference with the COVID vaccine . Just take the TT on the other hand . It is of no use if you take it after 48 hrs
