A tt booster is recommended every 5-10 years. As it doesn't provide life long protection, doctor may advise for booster after injury.

It’s okay if you have already taken TT booster again. A person who has been completed immunised in the past needs booster dose every 10 years in adulthood. Getting frequent boosters is unscientific, not recommended and is considered in special settings only.
