1 year ago i had a small cut so i get a tetanus shot
And today i get a small cut should i get another tetanus shot
Because some says it is valid till 6 months and some says it is valid till 5 years

Well to answer your question, you should get a tetanus shot ASAP.
As far as validity is considered, it would depend whether you were previously properly immunized with full course or not (in your case its incomplete immunization).
Even after completing full immunisation, the type of injury has to be inspected to access the need for further immunization.
Hence, please get a tetanus shot nearby ASAP.

A tetanus shot usually lasts for 10 years. Since you got one a year ago, you’re still protected, and you don’t need another shot for a small cut. Just clean the cut well and keep an eye on it. If you’re worried or the cut is very dirty, you can check with a doctor.

You have to take 3 injections of Tetvac, spaced appropriately to get the immunity for 5 years.
With one injection of Tetvac you actually get immunity only for 6 months.

Tetanus vaccine’s protection is for 5 years. However the validity depends on the nature of wound, contamination and the cause. Since you have taken the vaccine one year back and the wound is small and clean, you need not take a tt vaccine again
However watch for symptoms like pain, redness, any altered sensation and if any of those persist kindly consult a doctor

One shot of tetanus vaccine works for 10 years. However if you get a very dirty cut or wound after 5 years of taking the vaccine, a booster shot is recommended. In your case, as you say it is a small cut and you were vaccinated just 1 year ago, you NEED NOT TAKE another shot of vaccine.
