Thalassemia patient, Age around 55 yrs female has a hemoglobin count 5.2. What diet should be followed to increase hemoglobin naturally? Already is under medication Folvite.

HELLO, GREEN VEGETABLES, DRY FRUITS, VEGETABLE SOUP, TOMATO SOUP,  NON VEG ITEM I DON'T KNOW RAW SALAD, SMALL BUT FREQUENT DIET ALL SEASONAL FRUITS , DRUM STICKS ALL R VERY GOOD TO INCREASE HB. YOU CAN CONSULT DIETASICIAN. O.K, BYE.
