Cause- infection, if the problem is recent, do warm saline mouthwash, and take antibiotic Azithromycin 500 mg 1 tab once daily for 5 days. Cause- iron deficiency, if problem is chronic, do a blood test for iron deficiency, take iron supplements if positive.
