I have noticed several times that sometimes the nerves in one side of my eyes become visible red which looks like a clot but not a clot. Why does it happen? Is it because I sleep less and due to more screen time or there can be some underlying reason?

Both lack of sleep and excessive screen use can cause this

A take proper nap
B. Reduce screen time
C. Cold compresses help.
D. Use lubricating eyedrop
Having said that it is provisional diagnosis
