Thighs Pain
My thighs pain a lot after yesterday's workout session as I hit the gym after a long time. The pain is unbearable now. Please advise a painkiller for some relief.

Post workout lactic acid gets deposit in our muscle and hence it pains... Instead of painkiller make a habit of stretching your muscles after workout so that you don't feel pain... Avoid medicines... Ask your gym trainer to give you stretch daily after workout... Meanwhile you can use icepack over painful area for 10 min
