Hi.. U can easily get it removed under ultrasound guidance if the threads have been broken recently.the longer u wait the higher the chances of the Cu T getting fixed inside the uterus. Following which we have it do a hysteroscopy (place a camera inside ur uterus under anaesthesia) and them remove the Cu T
