I am having throat infection. It hurts while gulping and swallowing anything. Also I am having cough and mild cold.

Hi there! Dr. Aswin here , i would recommend you to have salt water gargling with lukewarm water atleast three times a day or gargling with betadine gargle solution after diluting in water, and avoid eating foods which are cold (refrigerated) .
