I have been facing throat infection almost 5 days. I took Azthromycin 3 tabs but no use. Having pan while swallowing. Please advise on my problem.

Your might need a better antibiotics. Meanwhile avoid spicy food, do lukewarm salt water gargling, some mild pain killers. Check with your doctor.
