Throat pain and ear pain
I'm having throat & ear pain on right side past 1 week I have took azithrorite-500 but it's not getting cured is they any major problem what might be the reason of throat and ear pain only on the right side

You seem to be suffering from acute pharyngo-tonsillitis which is a common type of throat infection. You may need to take better antibiotic and painkillers along with antiseptic mouth gargle for few days for faster recovery
