I have throat pain and lost of my voice. Which medicins i have to take in this case.?

You seem to be suffering from acute pharyngo-tonsillitis with acute laryngitis. You may need to take antibiotics, painkillers and antiseptic mouth gargle for few days for faster recovery. Voice rest is also necessary
