Throat pain and Speech issue
Since covid 2yrs ago, had difficulty talking due to severe fatigue. Fatigue improved in evenings when I could talk, till a year ago. In low volume. Now Able to talk 15secs at a time. Get breathless if I talk more. Even when I have energy, my lower throat pains badly if I try to talk more (beyond a minute). I don't have acidity. Chest CT scan was normal. I had throat pain prior to covid also, when I used to have day long office calls. General Doctor could check only upper throat and pain was in lower throat. Throat pains generally also when fatigue is higher. I am unable to visit EnT for check in person right now due to severe fatigue. Please advise. What it could be? And what all can be done? Thanks.
