U probably are suffering from chronic tonsillitis ... Is there any history of foul smell from mouth ? ... Ur tonsils look fibrosed ... Any swelling in neck ? ... Although it's not anything alarming but can be discomforting in long duration ... Would require proper history.. whitish spot seems to be reflection of light from camera ... Would require examination
