Throat prolonged bruning
I have taken medicines from past 2-3 months of reflux and anti biotics too. But no effect
Yellow spots on wall of pharynx and redness in throat .
No fever.
Severe at night.

You seem to be suffering from reflux laryngopharyngitis which is type of acidity related disorder. This can sometimes cause whitish lesions in the pharynx which is known as keratosis pharyngeus. You may need to take anti reflux medications at high doses
