Throat tightness n neck swelling

Since yesterday I am having throat tightness like choking or pressuring on the neck..with slight swallowing troubles..today I can see swollen neck from outside on both sides.what is this

It might be infection in your throat ( pharyngitis) which has caused swollen tonsils & cervical lymph nodes. Gargle with salt water 3-4 times a day & take paracetamol for pain if any. Stay hydrated
