Few days we took blood test for my wife. Results as shown below::
Blood sugar:
Fasting -102 md/dl
HbA1c - 6.0%
Thyroid:
Free T3 -2.35 pg/ml
Free T4 - 1.09 ng/dl
TSH - 7.14
Lipid profile:
HDL - 42mg/dl
LDL - 141
Triglycerides - 127
VLDL - 25.4
Now the question is :
Whether she can continue with Thyrox 50 or any change required since TSH is high and T3 T4 are within the specified range.
Also Gemer1 & Tenepure 20 is high for the current blood sugar level. Please advice.

1. Do she had missed any doses recently, or she taking properly ... if all that in right way... she has to increase Thyroxine dose...

correction of TSH, also reduces cholesterol levels... but also need a healthy way of eating
3. HbA1c is 6%, concern is .. is there any low sugar.. if so we may havento reduce her dosage of diabetes medicines
