Thyroid disorders are associated with fluctuations in blood pressure and mood swings. Assuming that you are taking treatment for thyroid ailment,once the levels are controlled your symptoms will improve. If you are planning for pregnancy,make sure that thyroid hormone levels are under control because pregnancy in the first trimester requires normal thyroid function

Hi., I can understand your concern. It can be due to thyroid issue. Check for tsh level, need to plan for dose according to the TSH, Will be fine once TSH become normal. With that plan for regular walking and yoga.
