Thyroid- cabbage & cauliflower avoid
Hello Doctor, I have thyroid from almost 2 years now. Now I'm using thyronorm 37.5 mg. Some doctors suggested to completely stop cabbage and cauliflower. Some doctors said should have a balanced diet and nothing should be stopped and can be take like once in a month. What to do now Doctor, should I stop eating cabbage and cauliflower or can eat once in a month? And are there any other foods to avoid to control  thyroid? Please suggest. Thank you.
