Thyroid problem
I am 29 yrs old unmarried female..due to delay in periods I did my usg and tsh..usg showed normal but tsh is 5.8 as it's max value is 5.5 then I did my free tsh to confirm it showed normal so what should I do??

This is subclinical hypothyroidism... No medication required.. Repeat TSH after 3 months..

If Thyroid profile is normal.. Free T4 is within normal range.. treatment is not required. Some time period might get delayed due to stress . If ,It happened only once.. nothing to worry about.. If occuring repeatedly..
