Thyroid problems and Triglycerides
My Result on TSH value is 42.84 ulU/ml what is the best prescription and Triglycerides is 208 mg/dl and VLDL is 40 mg/dl please guide me accordingly thanks.

Hypothyroidism itself can be the reason for high TG and high VLDL. You need to start thyroxin and retest after 2 months.
