Slightly raised TSH level of 6.09 and normal T4 is subclinical hypothyroidism.Treatment is initiated if only TSH is above 10 or if you have any significant symptoms related to hypothyroidism.
Repeat the test after 8 weeks ,do consider healthy diet and physical activity like brisk walking for 30 minutes regularly.
