Compartment syndrome is a condition which has an effect on the nerves and blood supply. It appears that you have had issues with the nerves in the leg.secondary to the compartment syndrome. Any nerve takes up to 18 months to recover fully. The sensations will change over the next few months and the movements may improve. You will have to do regular physiotherapy to help improve the muscle strength and also to avoid stiffness.
