My penis frenulum is thick and tight when my penis is erect. I feel pain when I have intercourse without condom. When I use condom I don’t get any pain. I can pull my skin down completely but when it is erect the frenulum is thick and doesn’t allow my skin to completely come down. This is not foreskin problem. This is frenulum problem. What should I do?? Should I go for surgery??
